The Collab

Collin Collab was born Collin Watson in Rochester New York on November 26, 1987, the middle child of three. At the age of three he moved from Rochester to Buffalo. Collabs interest growing up was sports and not music. Music to him was just something to listen to in the car when driving somewhere. Fast fowarding now, in early 2007, Collab began paying more attention to music listening to Kanye West, John Legend, Sa Ra, Lil Wayne and The Cool Kids. Early 2008 he met Darryl "Yung Savage" Howard aka D Dibbs a local MC whose lyrics were outta this world with his "Chips Anthem" and his "Swaggmeter". Dibbs was working with Collabs younger brother on a few projects and weren't going anywhere and so Collab step in and made 2 ridiculous beats, "She Eyein Me" and "I know what I like." The SaturnBoyz were born, (due to the fact that Dibbs and Collab both drove Saturn cars). "She Eyein Me" was a huge success with their peers and even older adults loved it. Concentrating on music was hard to do though for both members cause of school and work so the group drifted.Nine months later the two member rejoined and now you have iDCK formerly District 5ive...born 11/23/2008
